12 Years of Outer Banks Real Estate Experience
2011 will be my twelth year of selling Outer Banks real estate full time. I feel I have a little extra to offer my clients because of personal real estate projects and past accomplishments for my clients.
From my very first land purchase in 2000 to do a new subdivision, my lack of funds forced me from the very start to learn how to do a "simultaneous no money down close." Where there is a will there is a way! That really stirred my interest to learn all the ins and outs of developing raw land, road construction, codes, and building and/or renovating homes.
After getting to know me one of my clients coined the phrase "Best Doggone Realtor on the Beach." It stuck.
I have a great team of professionals that I use on every real estate transaction. They have proven themselves to be the best and that allows me to give you my best service.
About the Hounds
As you can see I'm a big fan of Basset Hounds and dogs in general. I’ve had a total of six Bassets in the last fifteen years and do love them dearly. They all made their way to me with different stories but were all "hand-me-downs." They are "Lucky Dogs" as Dr. Grossman, my Veterinarian, says.
So if you’re a dog lover, two paws up and if you’re familiar with the Basset breed and wonder, "Why the heck would someone want three" (as they are hard-headed and stubborn) you’ll have to just wonder 'til we meet. The hounds are Elvis, fifteen years old (as of June 26, 2010), aka E-Dawg; Earl, eight years old, aka Mr. Hickey; and the youngest, Clyde the Clown, six years.
